Data Architecture & Integrity

Last Revised: April 2026

Arvo Equities ("the Firm," "we," "us," or "our") operates at the intersection of private equity and quantitative algorithmic execution. The security, integrity, and privacy of our clients' and partners' data are foundational to our operational architecture. This protocol outlines our methodologies for data collection, algorithmic processing, and safeguarding.

1. Capital & Data Acquisition

We collect information necessary to fulfill our fiduciary duties, process institutional investments, and grant access to the secure Client Portal. This includes, but is not limited to, corporate entity details, beneficial ownership data, biometric or multi-factor authentication metrics, and encrypted financial routing information.

2. Algorithmic Processing & Utilization

Data acquired through our secure endpoints is utilized strictly for:

  • Execution of quantitative equity and commodity trades.
  • Compliance with global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations across our operational hubs (New York, London, Tokyo, Shanghai).
  • Optimization of predictive modeling and neural network screening.
  • Authentication and authorization within the Arvo Equities Client Portal.

3. Structural Data Protection

All proprietary and client data is secured using AES-256-GCM encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Our infrastructure utilizes decentralized server architecture to mitigate localized point-of-failure risks and unauthorized access attempts.

4. Third-Party Syndication

Arvo Equities does not sell, trade, or otherwise compromise client data to external entities. Data is only shared with verified legal, financial, and regulatory syndicates when strictly mandated by law or necessary for the execution of a controlling interest acquisition.
